How can i sponsor the event?

 

It starts with a simple conversation!

 

We are so excited that you would like to be a part of resourcing this event!

This is NOT a fundraiser. Every dollar goes back into the event!

Sponsorships go towards the Easter Egg Hunt, bouncy castles, giveaways, face painting, a petting zoo and more!

    • Banner on Fence (up to 8’) (You provide the banner, we’ll put it up!)

  • SILVER ($250-$499)

    • Booth space included (bring your own table, materials etc.)

    • Logo on Website (airdrieeaster.com)

    • Listed on Flyer/Map

    • Your company thanked from grandstand 1x

    • Banner on Fence (up to 4’) (You provide the banner, we’ll put it up!)

  • BRONZE (any sponsorship up to $250)

    • Logo on Website (airdrieeaster.com)

  • NOT FOR PROFIT (free!)

    • Booth space included (bring your own table, materials etc.)

Details for Day Of Setup

  1. Setup time is 8:30 - 10:15am

  2. (Optional) Venue Easter Worship Experience

    Bert Church Theatre at 10:30am

  3. Ed Eggerer Field events to follow (11:30am to 2:00pm) Easter egg hunt, games, giveaways and more!

  4. Cleanup complete by 2:30pm
